RETURNS 

Whilst we hope that you love your MŌLKINĪ items, if you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you can return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned items are eligible for refund provided that they i) are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged); ii) have all original tags and hygiene strips in place, and if tried on, were done so with care and only over underwear; and iii) are in original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected for eligibility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

However, if your request is rejected due to the returned items not being eligible, such items will be neither refunded nor returned to you.

Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We do accept returns for international orders. However, we are currently not able to provide free returns shipping for international orders.

How do I return my item?

Step 1

Contact our customer services at info@molkini.com with your return & refund request, including your order ID.

Step 2

Once your request has been processed, we will send you a pre-paid returns label via email to print.

Step 3

Please ensure you write your order ID on the package and return the package to us within 7 days of receiving your label.

Step 4

Please allow up to 10 working days from the receipt of your package for your return to be processed. Once you receive your email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your request for refund, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days if your request is approved.
